I&amp;#8217;ve been on the weight watchers diet online thing. Today is the first day I manage to keep within my allowence. Kick in the ass for the old me, pat on the back for the today me :) 
Soo my few changes; 
My new diet will consist in a mixture sort of thing between three diets:
•weight watchers (ofcourse otherwise it would be a waste of money)
•atkins (my version&amp;#8212; as in trying to avoid sweets and carbs when possible or should I say as much as possible)
•lighter life &amp;#8212;-&amp;gt; milkshake for breakfast and soup/ milkshake for dinner and sometimes for lunch&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Even tough it sounds extreme I feel really really excited about it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Alsooo changing my daily allowance from 29 propoints to 25, weight watchers doesn&amp;#8217;t know that&amp;#8230;. rebel (( I&amp;#8217;m such a loser))
