Soooo…. I’ve been on the weight watchers diet online thing. Today is the first day I manage to keep within my allowence. Kick in the ass for the old me, pat on the back for the today me :) Soo my few changes; My new diet will consist in a mixture sort of thing between three diets: •weight watchers (ofcourse otherwise it would be a waste of money) •atkins (my version— as in trying to avoid sweets and carbs when possible or should I say as much as possible) •lighter life —-> milkshake for breakfast and soup/ milkshake for dinner and sometimes for lunch
Even tough it sounds extreme I feel really really excited about it.
Alsooo changing my daily allowance from 29 propoints to 25, weight watchers doesn’t know that…. rebel (( I’m such a loser)) ******MY LOVELY FOLLOWERS IF YOu WANT ANY INFO ABOUT THESE DIETS JUST ASK—- im like an expert)) XD
